APPRECIATION DAY

Small Charity Week closes on the 19th June with a day to reflection and appreciation for the work of small charities everywhere. Appreciation Day is a big thank you to small charities, their staff, volunteers, trustees and supporters for all their effort throughout the year.

Led by the Small Charities Coalition, we will be celebrating and showcasing some of the UK's unsung heroes from small charities, sharing their stories and achievements. Watch this space for a few special surprises and announcements along the way...

Has there been someone from your organisation who has shone like a star? Who has reached the moon and done the impossible? Did they host weekly zoom quizzes or did they deliver more food packages than you thought humanly possible?

Whatever it is, whoever they are, we want to ensure that their work has not gone unnoticed. The ‘SCC Stars of 2021’ will shine brightly via social media throughout the day. The Stars will also be awarded with their own star named after themselves and recorded in the star registry.

So, if you believe the work of your colleagues, volunteers, trustees, manager, CEO has been ‘out of this world’, we would love to hear about it.

The judges will award 20 stars in total
Nominations must be made by 10am on the 28th May.

Please fill in the form to complete your nomination.
